Orbit - Team Task OS

Overview

Orbit is an internal task "operating system" built around teams rather than individuals. Work is organised into teams, projects, sprints and categories, and everyone works in a scoped space — My Tasks, a Team, or a Project.

The same tasks can be seen as a List, a Kanban board, a Calendar or a Sprint, and every change syncs live across everyone looking at it. A triage panel catches tasks that still need an owner or a due date, so nothing slips through.

The Problem

Teams juggling separate tools for to-dos, boards and schedules lose track of who is doing what and when — and updates arrive late or not at all.
